申請表及相關資料請掃描成一份 PDF 檔，於報名截至日前(2025 年 6 月 9 日)email至電子郵件信箱 s20073@gms.npu.edu.tw，信件主旨請標明「114 學年度外國學生申請入學」
The application materials must be scanned into one PDF file. Please email the application file to s20073@gms.npu.edu.tw before the deadline of the application submission period. The subject of the email should be written as "114 學年度外國學生申請入學"

C.修業期限 Terms of Study
1. 學士班：4 至 6 年
Bachelor’s program：4-6 years
2. 碩士班：1 至 4 年
Master’s program：1-4 years

D.申請文件 Application Materials
1.入學申請表一份（如簡章附件一）。
The application form (See Attachment 1 of the admissions brochure)
2.經我國駐外館處驗證之最高學歷證明文件一份(中文或英文以外之語文，應附加經公證之中文或英文譯本一份)。
One photocopy of the highest academic degree diploma, verified with official stamps by the R.O.C. (Taiwan) Overseas representative office in the country of their original school. (The notarized copy of a translation in English or Chinese is necessary if the original diploma is not in Chinese or English.)
※應屆畢業生得先繳交在學證明，但最遲須於註冊時繳驗畢業證書正本，否則取消錄取
資格。
Graduating students may submit an official Certificate of Student Status as a tentative substitute at the time of application. The official diploma, however, must be presented at the time of registration, and failure to do so will result in the revocation of admission.
3.經我國駐外館處驗證之最高學歷歷年成績單一份(中、英文以外之語文，應附加經公
證之中文或英文譯本一份)。
One original official transcript of the highest academic degree, verified with official stamps by the R.O.C. (Taiwan) Overseas representative office in the country of their original school.(The notarized copy of a translation in English or Chinese is necessary if the original transcript is not in Chinese or English.)
4.推薦書二份（附件二）。
Two letters of recommendation (See Attachment 2 of the admissions brochure)
5.具結書 (附件三)。
Declaration (See Attachment 3 of the admissions brochure)
6.中文或英文學習計畫書一份。
A study plan in Chinese or English
7.中文及英文語言能力證明。
A Chinese proficiency certificate and an English proficiency certificate
中文語言能力證明，其華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)應達A2（含）級以上。
英文語言能力證明，其英語文能力測驗應達CEFR B1（含）級以上。
If you are applying for a program that is conducted in Chinese, you will need to submit a Chinese proficiency certificate at CEFR A2 or above.
If you are applying for a program that is conducted in English (including English-taught programs), you will need to submit an English proficiency certificate at CEFR B1 or above.
8.財力證明：請選擇以下任一種方式繳交
A financial statement： Please select one of the following methods of proof
◎由銀行等金融機構於2025年4月28日至2025年6月9日間所開立申請人本人、申請人父母或法定監護人之新台幣15萬元以上之存款證明（若由父母親或法定監護人名義開立，則必須再加附公證證明文件），但若有政府、大學校院、民間機構等提供全額獎助學
金之證明者則免附）。
A sealed financial statement issued from Apr. 28th to June 9
th 2025 should be sent directly
to NPU showing sufficient financial support (US 5000) for studying in Taiwan. (It should
be verified by the R.O.C. (Taiwan) Overseas representative office if it is not issued from
organizations or banks in Taiwan.) If the financial statement is issued under the name of the
applicant’s parents, then an extra notarized statement agreeing to provide financial support
should be provided.) But applicants with a full-time scholarship from the government,
university and private organizations do not need to provide a financial statement.
9.國籍證明文件或護照影本。
Verification of nationality or a copy of one’s passport
